The Food and Nutrition Services announces an open grant opportunity for the FY 2005 WIC Special Project Concept Paper Program. The focus area for the Concept Paper Program is Revitalizing Quality Nutrition Services in WIC (RQNS) - Childhood Obesity Prevention (Fit WIC 2). This announcement is open to the 88 WIC State Agencies responsible for administering WIC in the States, Territories and Indian Tribal Organizations (ITOs) as reflected above under eligible applicants.
